Build a large photo and video portfolio in After Effects
Massive Portfolio Gallery is an After Effects project for turning a collection of photos or video clips into a polished, cinematic gallery. Its broad layout works for wedding and anniversary films, photo albums, photographer portfolios, business presentations, corporate videos and openers. Add your own media, logo, subtitle and audio to shape the presentation around the story or brand.
Project features and technical details
- After Effects CS6 project, compatible with all newer versions.
- No plugins required: optical flares are prerendered.
- Full HD output at 1920 × 1080.
- 100 photo or video placeholders. 75 are clearly visible in front of the camera; placeholders 76–100 sit in the background.
- Detailed documentation explains the customization workflow.
- The project composition is set to 30 fps. The supplied preview was rendered at 60 fps; you can choose your final frame rate by opening the final composition settings with Ctrl+K.
- The preview music is not included. It is “Inspiring Epic Corporate” by OnTheTune on AudioJungle: view the music item.
Customize the gallery step by step
Add your photos or clips, insert a logo and subtitle, and choose an audio track. The help file walks less-experienced After Effects users through these steps and explains the project controls, particles and other adjustments. Experienced users can work directly in the project. Review the particle and rendering settings before export: enabling depth of field—and especially shadows—can make rendering significantly slower.
