Realistic 3D Logo Animation in After Effects

Give a logo or text a refined dimensional finish with this realistic 3D animation for After Effects. Its clean, elegant look works well for brand intros, corporate videos, presentations and promotional openers.

Choose between two versions, then replace the logo or edit the text. The included help file walks through the setup, including the project controls. You can switch ray-traced shadows, ambient occlusion and depth of field on or off; high-quality antialiasing is also available. Optical Flares is not required because a prerendered-flare version is included.

Example render time

On the author’s test computer (Intel i7-4790K, 32 GB RAM and GeForce GTX 760), a render with the best settings took about 25 minutes. Turning off ambient occlusion or shadows can reduce render time; actual results depend on your hardware and settings.
